"Deflection" is a powerful tool for analyzing internal beam stresses when subjected to a load. This tool allows you to modify the beam's cross-sectional dimensions and generates comprehensive plots illustrating the internal shear and bending stresses along the axis of the beam.

Internal Stresses

Gain access to detailed diagrams showcasing internal bending and shear stress, in addition to shear, bending, and deflection diagrams. These internal stresses can be visualized both along the length of the beam and along the vertical axis of its cross section.

Cross Section Editor

Easily modify pre-existing cross sections using the built-in editor. Moment of inertia and area values are automatically calculated and applied to all subsequent beam calculations.
